The Vonitsa Sailing Club was founded in 2004 with the aim of developing water sports in the region. Since 2011, the club has been conducting sailing lessons aiming to involve the youth of the region in this exciting and educational sport. Today, the Vonitsa Sailing Club has a very strong competitive team in the optimist and ilca 4 categories, with high performances at regional and national level, as well as international participation. During the summer months, the Club's activity expands to other categories, both for boats and for the public, as children's camps, happy sailing classes, adult lessons, canoe trips, swimming for beginners, etc.

The Vonitsa Sailing Club is one of the most successful clubs in the optimist and ilca4 sailing categories, with national and international distinctions. At the same time, it cultivates the love for the sea and nature, with swimming lessons, sea canoe trips, outdoor and recreational activities!

The NAOB is a recognized club of the Greek Sailing Federation and a registered member of the Hellenic Sailing Federation.
